Wayne County Divorce Records

Divorce cases are heard at the Wayne County Common Pleas Court Domestic Division. Divorce records are generally public so that anyone may view them online through the Case Search portal. Users will need a name, case number, date range, court type, party type, or case type to perform a search. Divorce records may also be obtained in person at the Wayne County Clerk of Courts during business hours. The requester would need to provide sufficient information about the records to facilitate the search. In most cases, a name, the date of divorce, and the place where the divorce occurred may suffice.
