Fees for Court Records in Wayne County

Public court records are free, especially when accessed through the online tool. However, those who want copies of records may incur processing fees. For example, the Wayne County clerk of courts may charge 10 cents per page for plain copies of court records and an additional $2.00 for a certified copy.
